In Greene County magistrate court Alicia Anne Marie Ofelt of Van Meter was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of criminal mischief- fifth degree. She must pay $382.25 city/county fees and $60 court costs. A charge of violation of a no contact order was dismissed.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Dennis Frederick Blum, 75, of Jefferson, harassment- third degree and disorderly conduct- loud/raucous noise; and Danbra Knowles of Jefferson, animal neglect-no injury, three counts.
